Brian Dixon, co-founder of HomeStart Mortgage Corporation in Chicago, will be the guest this month on the cable access show Financial Solutions that airs in numerous northern Cook County and southern Lake County communities in Illinois. The topic of this month’s program is The Mortgage Profession Disclosed.
Brian Dixon has 10 years experience in the mortgage & financial services industry. He attained the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist designation in 1998. The CRMS is the highest certification issued by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers (IAMB) from 1997 to 2000 and as Chairman for the IAMB Federal Political Action Committee and Legislative Committee.
He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics.

The show will air on Comcast cable once a week at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday’s for the entire month of September. The program reaches 105,000 subscribers on channel 35 in Arlington Heights, Bartlett, Des Plaines, Glenview, Golf, Hanover Park, Mt. Prospect, Northbrook, Park Ridge, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg, Skokie, Streamwood and Wheeling. The show will also be broadcast on Channel 19 at the same time to 120,000 subscribers in Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Niles, Northfield, Palatine, Rolling Meadows and Wilmette.
