Pat Strong, a North Shore Realtor, will be the guest this month on the cable access show Financial Solutions that airs in numerous northern Cook County and southern Lake County communities in Illinois. The topic of her program is Preparing Your Home for Sale, which is only natural given her 17 years of experience as a realtor serving the North and Northwest suburbs.
Strong has a building background and is often able to provide her clients recommendations on how to customize a home perfect for them. She also has a marketing background, which allows her to successfully assist sellers in the marketing, resulting in the quick sale of their home. Strong has the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and takes classes frequently to stay on top of the market. She is a member of the prestigious President’s Club of Koenig & Strey and has been a top multi-million dollar producer on a consistent basis. The show will air on Comcast cable once a week at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday’s for the entire month of January. The program reaches 105,000 subscribers on channel 35 in Arlington Heights, Bartlett, Des Plaines, Glenview, Golf, Hanover Park, Mt. Prospect, Northbrook, Park Ridge, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg, Skokie, Streamwood and Wheeling. The show will also be broadcast on Channel 19 at the same time to 120,000 subscribers in Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Niles, Northfield, Palatine, Rolling Meadows and Wilmette.
