Henry L. Apfelbach, senior vice president of North Shore Community Bank and Trust, will be the guest this month on the cable access show Financial Solutions that airs in numerous northern Cook County and southern Lake County communities in Illinois. The topic of this month’s program is Residential Mortgage Update.
Though we are feeling the cold breath of winter on our necks, it will not be long before many of us will be looking at mortgage rates. Whether you are thinking of taking on a mortgage in a move to a new area, or refinancing your current mortgage to pay for college education, home remodeling or consolidating debt, this month’s program may be very timely.
Henry L. Apfelbach joined the North Shore Community Bank & Trust Company in 1995 where he is responsible for the bank’s mortgage lending department. He has been involved in mortgage financing for a number of years. His previous work experience include being a vice president with Illinois Mortgage Associates and serving as a residential mortgage specialist with Harris Bank Glencoe – Northbrook.
Apfelbach grew up on the north shore and is a graduate of New Trier East High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago campus.
The show will air on AT&T Cable once a week at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday’s for the entire month of December. The program reaches 105,000 subscribers on channel 35 in Arlington Heights, Bartlett, Des Plaines, Glenview, Golf, Hanover Park, Mt. Prospect, Northbrook, Park Ridge, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg, Skokie, Streamwood and Wheeling. The show will also be broadcast on Channel 19 at the same time to 120,000 subscribers in Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Niles, Northfield, Palatine, Rolling Meadows and Wilmette.
